This statement explains what personal data LivePnL processes, why, and the rights you have. LivePnL B.V. (Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 87496046) is the data controller for the personal data described here.
The data we process
To run LivePnL for you, we read data from the systems you connect — accounting, point of sale, payroll, planning and invoicing. This can include financial figures, transaction data and staff-related cost data. We also process the account details of the people who log in (name, business email, role) and basic technical usage data needed to run and secure the service.
Why we process it, and our legal basis
We process this data to provide the service you or your organisation asked for (performance of a contract), and to keep the service secure and reliable (our legitimate interest). We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Read-only by design
Our connections to your systems are read-only. We read the data needed to build your dashboards and forecasts; we do not post, edit or delete anything in your source systems. The system of record stays with you.
Where your data is stored
Everything runs inside the EU. Our database is hosted in Ireland, Frankfurt and Paris; the application front end is hosted in Frankfurt; data processing takes place in Ireland and Frankfurt. There is no transfer of your data to the United States.
Sub-processors
We use EU-based hosting and infrastructure providers to run the service. A current list of sub-processors is available on request via the contact below.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role, and single sign-on and multi-factor authentication are available. See our security page for more.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as your organisation uses LivePnL, and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after the agreement ends, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores your language preference locally in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy, and you can object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority.
